HR Testing and Data Specialist Location – Krakow We are looking for an SAP specialist with experience in system data maintenance and testing to support the successful SAP implementation and completion of the of HR Transformation Project to support with the centralization of HR Operations in different countries, aligned with the ongoing HR Transformation in the EMEA region. We offer: You will implement the Testing Plan according to the agreed business requirements and in alignment with established testing strategy, coordinate with all testers all testing activities, report progress and escalate all defects to the project team, system developers and relevant stakeholders. You will build all the necessary testing scripts and when required will stage data in the systems according to business scenarios in preparation for the different testing phases (Functional, Integration, Payroll Comparison, User Acceptance). You will: DATA Analyze, complete and maintain data in the HR system/templates to support the HR Transformation project. Monitor master data activities and raise concerns about data quality, data governance and related issues as necessary to the HR Operations and/or Project Manager. Request or execute mass data changes in the HR system and perform relevant data validation. Undertake data cleaning in HR system on an ad-hoc basis. Maintain confidentiality and comply with data privacy regulations with regards to all data being handled. TESTING Lead the testing activities and assist the testers in all testing phases of the project. Develop test cases/scripts based on business scenarios and according to agreed/approved business requirements documentation (BRDs). Load/request to load all test scripts in the testing tracking software and ensure that all testers have access to it. Train all testers to ensure that all tests are performed and systems defects are properly logged. Coordinate the testing execution and support testers identifying defects and log them in the testing tracking software. Assist the system developers identifying, prioritizing and verifying system defects during correction phases. Coordinate and execute any ad-hoc testing activities when needed. Track and report testing progress to the project team and relevant stakeholders (weekly/monthly). Maintain confidentiality with regard to systems being developed You have: Master’s degree in any related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR data maintenance (PA/OM/PY/T&A) including knowledge of reporting capabilities, preferably in SSC/BPO environment Experience in working in a project environment performing and coordinating testing activities that support systems implementation. Proven ability to design/execute test cases/scripts for system testing (functional, integration, and user acceptance testing). Fluency in English (minimum C1 level), any other European language is an advantage. Very good experience in working with MS office tools (especially MS Excel). Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in all work performed. Ability to successfully cooperate with various levels of stakeholders. Interpersonal skills, strong facilitation and communication skills. Solution-oriented attitude and open-mind regarding change Ability to influence others and achieve common results. Good organization skills including ability to prioritize activities, meet commitments, and proactively manage own and other’s time and workload.
